What is Mood and Mindset Mastery?
Mood and Mindset Mastery is offered as an online programme. It has 6 modules focussing on
as a 4 session webinar based programme with a one hour interactive workshop held every week for 4 weeks. Each session has no more than 5 participants and each session includes time for active participation and questions.
Mood and Mindset Mastery is a programme based on the latest thinking in Positive Psychology and is informed by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
